3. Materials:

• The innermost layer is made of 100% non-woven polypropylene 30 gsm in direct contact with the user's facial skin to prevent drops from the inside.
• The medical-grade transparent cotton filters dust, weighing from 50-70 gsm, is imported from abroad because there is no technology in Vietnam to make it transparent and free of impurities.
• 2 Melt-Blown layers are manufactured by Korea's most advanced misting technology, each layer is 25 gsm (5-layer surgical N95 mask).

5. Quality standards:

5.1. Filter performance test:

The tester creates extremely small micro-dust particles containing salt in many different sizes from 0.3 to 5 microns, and blows over the mask with the flow rate of 85-95l / minutes.

The test results show that the filtration efficiency of Huynh Gia medical masks is over 99% with 0.3-micron dust at a flow rate of 95L/min, exceeding the 95% mark according to EU-US standards for N95 masks

5.2. Breathing resistance test:

The respiratory resistance index indicates the degree of air resistance during the respiratory process when wearing a mask. The lower breathing resistance, the easier it is to breathe, the more comfortable it will be to wear a mask.

During the test, the mask will be blown with increasing pressure airflow to measure the level of air circulation. Huynh Gia surgical N95 mask results in low breathing resistance at 151Pa (equivalent to 15.3977 mmH2O), lower than the maximum standard of EU US is 240Pa, showing that the product is very comfortable to wear and breathe.

5.3. Anti-droplet test:

For the anti-droplet test, the tester creates a pressure-filled droplet containing salt particles, oil, liquid... with standard pressure on the mask, the machine will check the other side of the mask to find out if there’s any seepage of these droplets or not.
